National Social Rights Council (NSRC) is an autonomous, voluntary non-governmental, non-partisan and non-profit organization envisioning upholding, protecting and enforcing the Social rights and Duties of all under-served communities in India and in the world for an equitable society Established in 2020. It works progressively to attain the aim of advocating the ‘Social Rights’ of citizens in India, Headquartered in Chennai, TamilNadu. NSRC works with a global focus with its partners for advocating Social rights of individuals. We strive to bring about holistic social development of people of various demographics.

National Social Rights Council (NSRC) is also actively engaged in creating legal rights, human rights awareness and women empowerment among the public and in particular the under-privileged sections of the society. Our knowledge capital is formed by a strong research and advocacy wing which empanels domain experts, legal experts, think tanks, and the academia.

National Social Rights Council (NSRC) is a leading organization which advances action on ‘Social Rights’ issues for citizens. We believe in the philosophy of “Help Others”. Our work is aligned with this core value of this philosophy and with vision of the United Nations. All our work is directed towards creating a better world for the future of humanity through a plethora of comprehensive projects.

Mr.G.Rajakumar MA,MBA,PGDCA., Founder President of National Social Rights Council founded in 2020. He is a Business Person, Educationalist, Corporate Trainer and a Social Activist.

He started this organization for the purpose of develop our society people in educationally as well as Economically. His aim is to Promote peace, Fight against diseases, Provide clean water and hygiene, save mothers and children, Support education, Develop local economies and Provide Legal aids.

  1. We Are All Born Free & Equal. We are all born free. We all have our own thoughts and ideas. We should all be treated in the same way.
  2. The Right to Life. We all have the right to life, and to live in freedom and safety.
  3. No Slavery. Nobody has any right to make us a slave. We cannot make anyone our slave.
  4. We’re All Equal before the Law. The law is the same for everyone. It must treat us all fairly.
  5. Your Human Rights Are Protected by Law. We can all ask for the law to help us when we are not treated fairly.
  6. Freedom of Expression. We all have the right to make up our own minds, to think what we like, to say what we think, and to share our ideas with other people.
  7. Social Security. We all have the right to affordable housing, medicine, education, and childcare, enough money to live on and medical help if we are ill or old.
  8. Food and Shelter for All. We all have the right to a good life. Mothers and children, people who are old, unemployed or disabled, and all people have the right to be cared for.
  9. The Right to Education. Education is a right. Primary school should be free. We should learn about the United Nations and how to get on with others. Our parents can choose what we learn.
  10. Responsibility. We have a duty to other people, and we should protect their rights and freedoms.
